Job Description

 Handling inquires from customers and sales, for instance, to check stock and prepare documents etc.

2. Receiving, reviewing for accuracy of customer orders with relevant departments before processing.   

3. Processing orders in SAP system and preparing necessary documentation as per customer request. 

4. Coordinating with production, warehouse, logistics and other related functions to meet customer request on orders.

5. Fulfill regular reports as per management request.

6. Receiving and coordinating customer complaints with timely response and proper solution.


Education Level:   Bachelor degree
Major/ Specialty:   Business Administration/ Logistics/ Economy
General experience:  
Good English on reading and writing
Chariness, responsible, teamwork and warmly
Computer knowledge: good at commanding WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
