Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes in the HR Management Systems.
  • Responsible of the pre-payroll process.
  • Administers programs, projects, and/or processes related to the HR function and fully supports plant initiatives
  • Perform higher level duties involving employee communications, such as pre-employment screening, responding to routine questions on human resources policies and procedures, identifying potential issues and grievances, etc.
  • Performs the maintenance of the human resources information system for the site and ensure data integrity between the two HR management systems
  • Processes various applications, employment, enrollment, pay change, informational and other confidential forms and records.
  • Assist in organizing and performing recognition and plants events
  • Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.
  • Manage the Major Medical Expenses and Life Insurance. Benefits Administration, such as,  Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Saving Found
  • Demonstrate the application of the CIF modules and support related initiatives on daily basis through establishing, maintaining and complying Standard Work and other tools.  Participate in Kaizen events, Lean Council and Continuous Improvement teams when required.  Generate ideas for improvement according with the local programs.  Implement and optimize Lean Management tools.  Sustain the ELLS tools to drive the continuous improvement performance when apply


  • 2 years minimum working experience in Human Resources or a related field, including demonstrated knowledge of employment regulations ant issues
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish  and English-language capability, speaking, reading & writing)
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to build trust & maintain confidentiality is critical
  • Demonstrated organizational & prioritization skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business or a related field
  • Tress System knowledge
