PMO Senior Scheduler / Analyst
Eaton Titchfeld are currently looking for a:
Senior Programme Scheduler
Responsible for Scheduling & Data Analysis & assistance to project managers for New Product Development programs, from program capture through full rate production. Responsible for manufacturing interface and status reporting in support of monthly IPT and program reviews. Ensures proper use of program reporting tools and adherence to Aerospace Group procedures. Makes recommendations to the PMO regarding systematic process improvements required to support Development Program Execution.
Compile & Maintain Master Schedules for Fuel & Motion Controls (FMC)Division Programs/Projects, including Resource loading, Baseline Control, Milestone tracking, Variance reporting, Scenario Planning and 30,60,90 day look ahead.
Assist in the Project Management of defined Workscopes ensuring Planning, Execution & Close out phases are achieved (PROLaunch gated process) efficiently and Business case requirements met. In particular management of the EAC and Schedule adherence.
Monitoring of program metrics for adherence to requirements and pareto analysis of trends, for implementation of a closed-loop root cause and corrective action process.
Partner with Finance for NBR/PFS tracking from proposal through full rate production.
Tracking of program sales/costs to Profit Plan.
Ensure proper use of the Program Management Review (PMR) Standard Deck by ensuring PMs are trained, using the current version, and adherence to metric definitions, prior to leadership team reviews.
Support proposal management by creating and maintaining historical archives of key program metrics, including: hours by resource type, non-recurring costs (by expense type), shipset recurring cost and price, etc.
Maintains Focus 5 metric pack and “Go To Green” recovery actions
Maintains costed BOM archive for all programs for use in support of new capture opportunities for similar products.
Coordinates with Program Finance for the development, maintenance, and reporting of Earned Value Management by program. Maintains a consolidated database of EVM metrics for the Division.
- Supports Resource Management planning through ensuring database management and generating reports for Resource Managers to use in proper allocation
· Skilled in Project scheduling & analysis to a high level
· Basic Project Manager experience desirable
· Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems preferred
· 1-3 years experience in program data analysis preferred.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written, with the ability to make necessary status reports
· Strong analytical skills and business acumen
· Proficient in Earned Value Management data analysis and reporting preferred.
· Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPointDetail and results oriented
