Sales and Marketing Center (SMC) partners with multiple Eaton businesses across different geographies to deliver incremental value and drive growth by providing best in class solutions and practices through its five integral CoEs  - Sales Analytics & Market Research [SAMR], Creative CoE, Customer Services [CS], Master Data Management [MDM] and Pricing CoE. Works with the pricing analysts to support on quotations, based on guidelines, supports annual general price increase implementations, coordinate with the counterparts to analyze and suggest improvements in quotations guidelines , works on pricing structures and price lists in the ERP system, Improve the efficiency through innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Essential Function:

  • Calculates price quotations, mark-ups according to established guidelines.

  • Maintains quotes, contracts, pricing structures and price lists.

  • Resolves data integrity issues, discrepancies when present (incorrect prices, discounts, quotes, rebates, etc).

  • Coordinates with pricing analysts and implements annual price adjustments and execution of pricing strategies and programs.

  • Coordinates pricing guideline review and suggest improvement opportunities to make the guidelines more robust

  • Maintains record and analyze the past due items (out of SLA) and work on improvement actions

  • Proposes and supports process automations and continuous improvement initiatives to improve overall efficiency

Specialized Knowledge:

Any graduate with minimum of 1-3 Years of experience in Pricing operations preferably Quotations. BBA/MBA preferred. Good knowledge of MS-Suite with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint.

Systems skills/experience desired: cC360/OBIEE, ERP (MFG-Pro), Enovia and QlikView. Knowledge of Tableau will be an added advantage 

 

Preferred  Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pricing operations preferably quotations.

•          Enthusiastic, fast learner willing to work in various technology stacks, willing to collaborate with different business units.

•          Excited to learn about business strategies and pricing.
