Sales and Marketing Center (SMC) partners with multiple Eaton businesses across different geographies to deliver incremental value and drive growth by providing best in class solutions and practices through its five integral CoEs  - Sales Analytics & Market Research [SAMR], Creative CoE, Customer Services [CS], Master Data Management [MDM] and Pricing CoE. Essential Function:

  • Support in the administration for channel Programs along with Distributors Program Manager based in US.

  • Create and manage the database of all distributors, authorizations, contract status, key contacts, address, planning documents, segmentation, etc.

  • Refine processes and standard work to administer channel programs. Includes but is not limited to Business Development Funds, tooling programs and conversion lift programs

  • Develop process for managing exceptions, special programs, etc. for the Channel Marketing team

  • Administer processing of channel program support requests such as tooling credits, business development funds, conversion lift credits, etc.

  • Approve fund support requests from channel partners, conduct selective audit

  • Maintain fund support collateral, maintain records of funds approved / rejected, and create ad-hoc reports for management

  • Maintain ongoing performance for all implemented programs, extract data from the Data Warehouse, Zyme, and create regular reports.

  • Support in management of sites and rules and distributor locator.

  • Design, submit and analysis VOC surveys for constant improvements

  • Support the management and maintenance of My.Eaton.com collateral documents and information for Channel programs

Specialized Knowledge:

This position supports in management of channel program funds budget of ~$4M and deals with the approval, payout calculation and overall process

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

•          3-4 year bachelor’s degree from an accredited school

•          2+ years of relevant experience

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

•          Prior incentive calculation / processing experience

•          Excellent interpersonal skills related to collaboration and professional presence

•          Strong computer skills with familiarity and expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint

•          Strong verbal and written communication skills.
