Quality Lab Engineer
b) The generation, evaluation and modification of the IOMS according to CTQs/Special Characteristics and measurement equipment available.
c) Capture the inspections of raw materials, as well as modify and / or update other records used. Check that materials and products are properly identified.
d) Identify, report and ensure non-conforming products from passing over to the next stage of the process, to not be delivered to the customer until the deficiencies to the unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected.
e) Keep in good condition the assigned equipment and monitoring and measuring devices that are dependent on them. Only use identified and calibrated measuring devices.
f) Support and verify that Policy and Quality Objectives are spread throughout the organization.
g) Search continuous improvements in the operation and consequently department indicators.
h) Promote a culture of safety and actively participate in activities aimed at improving the working conditions of the plant
i) Manage and control equipment calibration program of the plant. Perform and support studies Gage R & R that are programmed.
j) Perform dimensional raw material or finished product. Perform FAI's (dimensional) of samples of new suppliers and NPD for approval
k) Be sure to get the necessary training to ensure product quality. And train inspectors/auditors/engineers in the use of measuring equipment in the Quality Lab and/or in-process equipment and interpretation of drawings.
Knowledge of Quality standards development, high knowledge of the ISO-9001: 2015 and Internal Quality Audits, knowledge of Q-Pulse, SAP,CMM (Software Pc-Demis, English (able to have a business conversation), Metrology and Calibration, Core Tools.
