According to the plant strategic plan, create training system and policy to meet plant development needs.
Collect, analysis and consolidate training needs, create annually training plan and budget.
Work with Eaton University team to utilize various training resource, organize and facilitate internal and external training activity, implement training plan effectively according to business requirements. Coordinate for training evaluation and follow-up, maintains training database and control training expenses within budget.
Work with related department to deliver NEO for all new employees. Conduct training for special position (forklift, electrician, etc). Participate in the regular audit of requirements.
Support HR leader to conduct the two ways communication to build positive employee relations by implementing the employee survey and follow up actions, round table meetings and other appropriate approaches.
Actively listen to the voice of employees as one source of information for business decisions and continuous improvement of management processes.
Assist HR Leader in facilitating and participating Eaton HR programs such as EE Survey, Wellness, I&D, community involvement and so on.
Other assigned tasks.
University education background of human resource management or related major.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good computer literate, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
At least 3 years working experience in training. MNC experience is preferred.
Strong analytic skills
Good communication skills and good teamwork player.
