a.Develop local hourly employee working hours, C&B policies, procedures, salary structure, guidelines of the merit increase, and effective incentive program to supports pay-for-performance initiatives;
b.Be sensitive on the local market movement including pay trend, benefits practices as well as legal regulations update;
c.Lead annual profit plan headcount and cost report, analysis DL & IDL cost, working hours by weekly, control headcount and update C&B report monthly;
d.Review and standard current Job family/Job level/Position name and update organization chart monthly, monitor HRIS system maintenance. ensure that all C&B reports and records are properly and timely documented and maintained.
e.Support Lead HR to build up a visualized plant to better deploy company policy and program;
f.Implements internal and external audit and report.
g.Monitor C&B implementation, employee on-boarding, transfer, promotion, termination, employees employment contract, social insurance process.
h.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
1.Bachelor or above degree from an accredited institution required with major in Human Resource Management or related field;
2.Minimum 1 year of compensation and 5 years HR related working experience in multinational company is preferred;
3.Comfortable working in a matrix organization and ability to get results;
4.Must possess excellent analytical abilities and expert Excel skills;
5.Proficient in data analyzing ability to generate report develop use of created databases and PowerPoint;
7.Good command of both English for working(Writing and Oral);
