A.Promote, develop and facilitate positive employee relations by listening and responding to employee needs, concerns and suggestions including annual employee survey.
B.Provide direction and guidance on problem resolution to both management and employees.
C.Help develop “pipeline” by promoting OCA/succession planning, recruiting qualified personnel and supporting job enrichment opportunities.
D.Coordinate recruitment, selection and orientation (pre-job and on-job) of employees to meet the needs of the various plant departments/areas.
E.Ensure accountability; Salaried Positions Questionnaires (SPQ) are current and reflect position responsibilities.
F.Administer and maintain personnel systems in conjunction with HRMS, including employee data-base to ensure data integrity.
G.implement HR policies and procedures that are consistent with divisional/corporate initiatives and legislative requirements.
H.Work in conjunction with managers and employees to identify 70:20:10 training needs; provide and coordinate training programs in response to department needs; promote Eaton University.
I.Lead performance management process; encourage/promote goal setting, provide guidance in appraisal process and ensure timely execution.
J.Encourage employees’ participation in problem solving, teams committees and tier meetings.

L.Promote Eaton culture and policy
•Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management or related field
•Certified Human Resources Professional designation preferred
•Minimum 8-10 years generalist experience in Human Resources
•Minimum 3 years MNC Supervisory experience
•Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
•Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
•Demonstrated supervisory and problem solving ability
•Knowledge of computers and software applications
•Facilitation skills preferred
•Proficient Chinese and English
