Job Description

Provide quality-oriented leadership in achieving plant quality objectives with adequate planning, organizing, integrating, measurement and analysis of plant quality performance.
Manage the company Quality and co-ordinate with other departments according to company SOPs and guidelines. Lead cross team do internal audit and process audit.
Develop CI culture and implementation in plant, lead OPA, ELSS and LPA improvement.
Work closely with others in Operation, Logistic, and Sourcing to ensure the Orders are completed according to quality standard.
Evaluate pre-shipment inspection results and determine the disposition of products while communicating with inspection staff, and suppliers.
Investigate customer complaints, identify corrective actions at technical aspects and work with suppliers and sales team to implement.
Build and develop Quality team. Evaluate the performance of Quality team members and be responsible for their performance.
Plan and implement annual budget approved by the plant management team for the sake of cost control.
Performs other duties as immediate superior assigned.


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Eight years related quality assurance experience preferably in manufacturing environment.
Fluent English speaking and writing
Ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of analytical skills, in regarding to statistics needed for SPC and other quality metrics and tools (8D, 5 why, FMEA, SPC, DOE, APQP etc.).
Good leadership to lead a team more than 15 persons.
Good negotiating and problem solving skills.
Good ability in time management, project management, and supplier management, etc.
Capable of frequency travel to customer location and factory.
