Job Description

Provides day-to-day supervision (administrative and technical) of a staff or engineers and technicians within a unit of an engineering department

Overseas moderately complex engineering projects. Performs project engineering work from design to implementation in accordance with the company's policies. Supervises assigned technical associates and coordinates all work within the scope of assigned projects. Serves as a consultant to others as assigned, providing technical information and engineering recommendations that assist with various projects and training purposes.

Qualifications

  1. BS or MS – Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Experience in Power Engineering is a plus.
  3. Experience designing sheet metal structures.
  4. Strong working knowledge of computer modeling.
  5. Strong working knowledge of Inventor/AutoCAD.
  6. Knowledge of power systems and / or industrial automation & controls is a plus.
  7. Excellence in analytical skills.
  8. Working knowledge of design for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability.
  9. Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional environment.
  10. Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
  11. Experience operating successfully in matrix organization is a plus.
  12. Healthy, energetic, and can stand physical and mental pressure from the heavy management work.
