Job Description

Responsibility: will launch, promot and support medium voltage product range and PDCD solutions on Russian and Kazakhstan market, technically support of external and internal consumers, support of local prescription efforts as well as advanced technical/project engineering support of end-customers, consultants and partners for related products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Launches new ESS products on Russian and Kazakhstan market
Promotes Eaton products on Russian and Kazakhstan market
Develops pricing and positioning strategies for relevant equipment
Helps local sales and application engineer teams in prescription products, acting as expert towards key targeted end-customers and consultants.
Coordinates technical interactions with manufacturing Business Units teams to secure timely support to customers/consultants on projects.
Contributes to relevant technical consultant/customer events and visits to help in implementation of Eaton power distribution products and technologies in existing and new power plants.
Builds strong connections with key technical experts at targeted end-customers and consultants.
Gathers voice of the customer and accumulates market knowledge of the segment and competitive offerings.
Conducts competitive technical and price analysis
Conducts electrical market analysis and understands trends and key market players
Prepares necessary documentation (brochures, manuals, catalogues, data sheets, etc.) for respective product categories to ensure successful promotion and sales in Russian and Kazakhstan Region.
Leads certification-related processes for relevant equipment and provide necessary help and support
Provide with technical pre-sales support.
Provides external and internal customer support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and locally.
Cooperates with local sales team in terms of product, customers and projects support and products promotion
Accomplishes other business related tasks upon management’s request
Understands competitive advantages of Eaton equipment and promotes them into partners, consumers and sales team.

Qualifications

University Degree in Electrical / Power Electronics Engineering
Knowledge of Eaton electrical sector product portfolio.
3 years of experience in Electrical / Power Electronics industry
Expertise in utility (energy) infrastructure projects is a strong plus
Ability to make decisions and solve problems, be responsible for decisions and result oriented
Technical knowledge of all electrical product groups , deep technical knowledge of medium voltage products
Sales and negotiation skills, market and competitors knowledge
Effectiveness as a public speaker
Teamwork, goodwill
Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Fluent written and spoken English, good grammar skills in Russian
Knowledge of market analysis methods and promoting strategy development
Travel required up to 20% of the time
Capabilities to operate under pressure in various environments required
