Job Description

Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit. May assist in budget preparation and control activities. May assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc. Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served. May serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations. May screen and interview job applicants and orient new employees. NOTE: This is not a secretarial position.

Qualifications

• Should be Any Graduate / PG with 7 to 10 years of experience in materials planning, scheduling, supplier follow up.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficient skills level in MS Office: Excel (Formulas, Filtering, Charts, Pivot, V-lookup, Conditional Formatting), word and Power Point presentations, Preferred MS Access exposure.
• Monitoring suppliers for capacity issues & long term planning based on forecasts
• Materials Planning considerations within for Make/Buy & Make commodity planning
• Manage allocations process for consigned warehouse suppliers.
• Maintaining Metrics for EPM and Materials Scorecards on a monthly basis.
• Running and reviewing warehouse runout shortage reports
• Ensure zero line stoppage,  Setting up expedited freight
• Training and setting up suppliers in a vendor-managed inventory system
• Conducting weekly meeting with all Asia based suppliers to review supply & Demand changes
• Assisting with constrained part response actions directly with the suppliers in conjunction with Plant Materials Team.
• Exposure in team management (Min 3 Years)
• Ready to work in shift of 3 PM to 12 AM IST
