1. PRIMARY FUNCTION
1.1. Lead and enhance Lean & IE continue improvement culture.
1.2.Drive lean & IE continue improvement availably all over the plant. Assure productivity cost saving align with strategy plan.
1.3.Follow up Eaton ELSS deployment. make sure ELSS requirement transfer into local plant. and follow Eaton Business System to address relative working.
2. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
2.1. Manage daily works of Lean engineers and IE engineer.
2.2. Define 5-day Kaizen and 1 day kaizen master annual plan align with key business objective.
2.3. Following Kaizen master plan, organize Kaizen activities, provide professional lean expertise support to all team members.
2.4. Lead 3P workshop for new products, build in quality, efficiency in manufacturing process from systems design.
2.5. Support sourcing department in promote local supplier’s productivity / inventory / lead time improvement.
2.7. Organize Process Kaizen quarterly, improve efficiency / effectiveness of business process in production, material management, engineering.
2.8. Attend and monitor daily Gemba walk, make sure Gemba walk and improvement / corrective actions is effective, and timely executed.
2.9. Lead related department to workout annual labor efficiency / fixture automation plan, manage IE resources complete improvement projects on time
2.10.Monitor the execution of improvement actions defined in Kaizen events, make sure improvement result of Kaizen is sustained.
2.11. Lead ELSS self-assessment
2.12. Other task assigned by supervisor
1. Good understanding of Lean enterprise principles;
2. Hands on experience in lean / IE tools, e.g. VSM, SMED, TPM, Error-proofing, Jidoka, level scheduling, pull system, motion Kaizen;
3. Familiar with 6 sigma process
4. Familiar with APQP;
5. Good experience in operation finance management;
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills excellent leadership
