Essential Function:

The Associate Analyst (Customer Experience) is primarily responsible for support and execution of analysis of business problems with an aim to improve the customer experience.

 

• The position will conduct analysis and insights on different aspects of Customer’s Experience.

• The Customer Experience Associate Analyst is also responsible for collaboration and support of ad hoc reporting requests, along with providing data, reporting, and analysis in support of Customer Experience Team.

• Analyst participates in projects supporting customer experience and performance improvement initiatives.

• This position works with EMEA Team to identify and quantify emerging customer experience trends affecting the business, creates insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and drive business performance.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, information technology or business intelligence.

  • Experience with market trends, customer expectations and economic analysis as provided by internal and external data sources

  • Basic knowledge of HTML coding

  • Knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), experience with Postman is a plus

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Primary research experience

  • Experience in the area of Customer Experience Management; customer satisfaction measurement, customer research and improvement of customer experiences
