Technical and Sales Projects Support Specialist

Job Description

·    Maintains full knowledge of cable glands by keeping up to date with our latest developments and release of new products
·    Evaluates projects, in order to prepare a technically compliant offer in accordance with ex regulations including the O&G projects
·    Supports European regions with customer quotations, technical support and specification support
·    Supports internal and external customers regarding any product related questions
·    Management of all post order processes including internal account management and service communication with
·    supplying plants and vendors
·    Communicates the relevant sales office of any contact that they have developed that may support further growth of standard equipment products
·    Supports external European sales teams with opportunities and technical supports
·    Assists in the recommendation of new applications and products exploring these to a profitable business conclusion
·    Operates in accordance with the Eaton quality assurance manual and operating procedures
·    Organizes work flow effectively to meet customer timescales
·    Strives for continuous improvement to achieve team goals hence providing an improved service to customers 




·       Higher education

·        Practical experience in Sales/Inside Sales or Customer Service e.g. in a Sales Office

·        Customer Focus

·        Project Management

·        Drive for results

·        Attention to details

·        Experience in following quality systems

·        Experience in Microsoft applications

·        Technical understanding desirable (training will be provided)

·        Priority Setting

·        Problem analysis and Problem solving

·        Experience in hazardous areas desirable

·        SAP desirable but training will be provided
