Country Sales Manager - Korea
Job Description

A. |
Understand the competitive landscape, existing and anticipated market trends, and recommend strategic action plans |
|
B. |
Develop and execute sales and market development plans to achieve revenue and profit projections |
|
C. |
To work with partners / channels to create demand generation for the end users as well as to develop joint business, sales and marketing plans to achieve goals and objectives and coordinate sales process between partners / channels
|
|
D. |
Ability to build strong relationship with customers, Engineering companies, and channels, and various institutional and government agencies |
|
E. |
Energetic, self-driven, positive attitude and results oriented leader with good interpersonal and communication skills |
|
F. |
Timely management reports on sales efforts and accurate revenue forecast |
|
G. |
Drive changes and improvements within the organization |
|
H. |
Manage employee’s performance appraisal, and build and uphold a working environment that attracts, retains and develop committed employees |
|
I. |
Willing to travel extensively within Korea
|
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Process Industry in Korea is must.
- Knowledge of EPC Business is must
- Past or current business activities targeted at broad customer industries including (but not limited to Chemical, Automotive, Electronics, F&B, Mechanical Engineering / EPC, water treatment, etc.
- Good understanding of the filtration industry or other filtration-related industry is a added advantage but not necessary.
- Degree in any discipline but ideally in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering discipline backed with a minimum 10 years of similar capacity in managing business or operations in Korea.
- Strong business acumen, proven sales track record in sales management and team management
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Possess good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
