Lead Analyt - IT (Command Center Operations)

Lead end to end L1 and Global Command Center competency for day to day Command Center Operations in 24x7 environment.
Provide technical leadership during complex problem solving and manage customer escalations/ operational reviews time to time
Delivery management- Accountable for achieving the overall L1 and CCO deliverables, ensuring SLAs, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction. Leverage ITIL framework.
Ability to successfully handle multiple, complex engagements simultaneously. Proven experience at developing and maintain relationships with other IT stake holders, customers, and executives.
Responsible to improve productivity of CCO organization.
Talent management - Responsible for hiring, development and retention of employees
Provides direction to staff and Monitors job performance through direct observation and provides necessary coaching, counseling and motivation to maximize employee contribution and organizational performance. Provide overall resource management and shift coverage scheduling.
Impart industry and technical knowledge by continuously working to develop and advance the skill sets needed to grow the organization
Promotes the development of strong, cooperative relationships between L1& L2 and other key stakeholders.
Participate in shift hand-off to ensure seamless support at shift turnover
9-12 Years of Total IT Experience.
Education - B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent
Knowledge of Data Center Technologies, Facility Maintenance, Wide Area Network and Security.
Knowledge of Operating systems like Windows, Unix, Linux, HP-UX, Solaris, AS/400, Mainframe etc.
Knowledge of Control-M (V8/9), CA-7, Sysview, OPS MVS, Remedy, QMMmonitor, HP Operations Manager, MAPICS, Oracle, Progress, Avamar, Netbackup etc.
ITIL V3 Certified
Any Technical Certifications will be preferred.
