Customer Service Representative
3+ years prior professional sales or telesales experience
Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
Channel Sales or Channel Distribution experience
Prior knowledge of IT and data center infrastructure
Multilanguage speaking capability (English and Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Malay)
Ability to work independently and as a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, including but not limited to Word and PowerPoint
Demonstrates a strong drive for results; ability to meet/exceed sales targets
Proven ability to effectively interface with internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively prioritize, balance and multi-task workload
