Job Description

Provides HR support for Onboarding, Induction, Background verification coordination, Verification & Compensation letters Data Management, Attendance Management support Insurance support, HRMS Audit and Updation, Contract Management, Record Room Management, Benefit Management for PSC entities in India.

 

Engagements  & Onboarding

                Facilitate HR Induction

                Coordination with other function

                Documentation & Filing

 

Attendance Management

               Unexcused absence management notifications

                Actuarial Data to finance team (Biyearly), GAAP data

                Leave balance upload data

                Leave encashment data

                System  issues

 

 

Benefits Administration              

                Insurance Administration - Mediclaim, GPA, GTL

                New Pension Scheme- Enrollment

                PF Processing (Withdrawal, Transfer)

                Superannuation- Contribution payments to LIC

                Superannuation & Gratuity- withdrawal

                Additional Project as defined by the team

 

HRMS Management : Back up

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of an Associates Degree required.
  • Must have good English communications skills for interaction with Eaton customers
  • 3 - 5 Years of Experience
