SAP SD Support Professional
Job Description
-
Ensure effective and efficient day to day support that are disrupting normal business operation, in a timely manner.

Works on problems where analysis of situations requires root cause analysis, and troubleshooting skills.

Ensure process to effectively handle new requirements and enhancements per business priority.

Write functional specifications to be handed to the SAP technical analysts when programming changes are necessary to resolve an issue or to provide a small enhancement.

Change larger amounts of data when required using standard Eaton processes.

Work with other support team members as necessary (e.g. FICO, MM, PP) to solve problems and to ensure an integrated system solution.

Align solution design with SAP governance team to ensure proposed solutions are lined up with the Global Standards.
Qualifications

Solid experience in SAP SD
-
in-depth knowledge of related business processes, especially in Sales

Beside solid English an additional 2nd language knowledge is necessary, preferably in German
-
Understanding of SAP development is an advantage (e.g. ABAP, SQL)
-
Knowledge of other process streams and the integration points with other ERP modules – PTP (Plan to Produce), RTC (Req to Cheque) and FICO (Finance and Controlling).

Experience with SAP Data Services, LSMW and Winshuttel is a plus

Bachelor Graduate or equivalent experience

Familiarity with Eaton Businesses is a big advantage

Willingness to travel within the first 12 months for training reasons
