Job Description

Primary Function:


The primary function of the Warehouse Supervisor is to maintain inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items, securing warehouse facilities, and supervising warehouse staff.


Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for warehouse routine area management, process, operations, development, process implementation and compliance
  • Control inventory level by conducting regular physical inventory, reconciling with system data
  • E&O material management and material date code management in the system
  • Effective communication with relevant departments and coordination to ensure the smooth operations of the warehouse – receiving, putaway and kitting
  • Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements
  • Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments and ensuring transactions in the system in accurate
  • Deliver supplies and materials to departments by ensuring receiving, putaway and kitting materials processes are within the standards set
  • Maintain storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
  • Keep warehouse infrastructure and equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance
  • Ensure safe work practices, drive the culture of zero accident and implement safety improvement and lean initiatives in the warehouse
  • Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, leadership attributes and encourages continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training for subordinate employees to achieve high performance teams and increase employee engagement




1. Bachelors degree with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
2. At least 5 years in WH management operations and has strong track record of WH improvement implementation
3. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
4. Experience in management of 3rd party providers, including experience working with freight forwarders/carriers is a plus
5. Ability to drive results by developing and empowering teams
6. Experience and knowledge of ERP MRP systems; Required system: SAP-WMS
7. Language: English and Filipino
8. Knowledge of Lean principles is a plus
