Job Description



State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.


As the most senior Eaton Golf Pride employee in Thailand, this role includes two primary and complementary responsibilities:


Production Responsibilities:  Manage all Production at Golf Pride site located in Korat, Thailand plant. Manages and appropriated action in charge areas Material preparation, Mixing, Molding, Finishing, Maintenance and Process Engineer (Temporary), strong focus on safety, quality, service, and cost.  Responsible with the senior site team for delivering Profit Plan, drive 3 key production indicators as GPMH, scrap, output meet plan also including meet High 5 Operational Goals for the plant site, key drive deployment of  the EBS in production area and well control in variable cost.


Plant Management Responsibilities : Manage in Plant Management Responsibilities and leader in Emergency respond team, Trade and Plant compliance, Eaton Business in Contingency Plan and Lead and support in ME and EE.

Production Responsibilities


  1. Mixing :  To controls all mixing activity by ensure that mixing meet the 3 indicator as mixing yield, scrap and output result meet plant goal


  1. Molding : To controls all molding activity by ensure that molding meet the 3 indicator as molding scrap, GMPH and output result meet plant.


  1. Finishing : To controls all finishing activity by ensure that finishing meet the 4 indicator as finishing scrap, GMPH, rework and output result meet plant goal


  1. Maintenance : Meet target PM plan and create and develop TPM plan with safety in place and cost control able.


  1. Process Engineer : Meet target in scrap and rework of overall plant and support new product launch also support  / lead in scrap, rework improvement project.


  1. Overall BOC and OCA Planning:  Develops plans and outlines a 3 year vision for SCM area (in the context of Golf Pride’s overall growth strategy) and the main organizational gaps (BOC/OCA) needed to support the plan.


  1. Continuous Improvement : To support CI, RIE Kaizen project and promote in MFG area.


  1. Operation Excellence :  To support strategic and goals deployment, cascade down from Division to shop floor.


  1. Policy and Procedure: To update and approve production policy by align with Eaton SCM policy


  1. High 5:  To controls and drive in high 5 and including cost out and customer experience goals.


Plant Management Responsibilities


  1. Emergency respond team : To leader in Emergency respond team to support any Emergency case in TH plant operation


  1. Trade and compliance : To leader in Global Trade and compliance in TH Golf Pride plant Operation, ensure that all activity both import and export follow TH law and Eaton GTM


  1. Eaton Business in Contingency Plan : To lead in BCM (Business Contingency Management) TH Golf Pride plant, by update in policy, annual review and ready to action


  1. ME and EE : To lead in production area drive and promote HR strategic of EE (Employee Engagement, Manager Effectiveness)




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Rubber Science field of study from an accredited institution
  • 10+ years of production Management with a minimum of 7 year experience in management level and in high volume in “world class manufacturing” operation in a similar capacity (Injection or Rubber)
  • Experience in large production, shift management, scrap control, output planning, operators management
  • Experience in business contingency plan
  • Experience with Lean Supply chain, Kanban and other visual Pull Systems, and work flow processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English language, written and verbal
  • Master Degree in Engineering or Rubber Science field of study from an accredited institution
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using first tier ERP software package. Oracle/SAP applications experience preferred.
  • Change Management experience in similar capacity preferred.
  • Knowledge in basic of SIOP (or S&OP)
  • Thorough knowledge of Problem Solving, EQS, EBE, and overall EBS,
  • Quality Management System standards (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, etc.)
  • Interpersonal Communications and Leadership Skills Development.
  • Experience in CI (Continuous Improvement) project.
