Job Description


1.Identify market opportunities in specific countries within region

2.Develop new clients to increase customer counts

3.Drive development for demand creation through R/D and Component Engineering

4.Maintain relationships with existing clients at the appropriate levels within customer  organisation

5.Using corporate sales tool, effectively maintain and update progress/status on new opportunities

B.EMS: Strategy to penetrate Focus EMS Business

1.End-Customer targets ; identify potential customers

2.Drive development for demand creation through R/D and Component Engineering

3.Reverse Opportunities ; working with counterpart to engage potential customers prior/transfer to Asia

4.Build efficient two-way communications between sources/transferred

5.Monthly Reviews to compare plan to performance

C.Distribution: Strategy to achieve New Customer and Business

1.End-Customer targets ; identify potential customers

2.Regular joint visit to customers 

3.Identifying to seeking potential leads on customers/business

4.Monthly Reviews to compare plan to performance


1.Minimum 8 years technical sales in Electronics or Electrical Industry

2.Sound technical background with strong application knowledge in Power Management for below Industries:

a.Computing – Server & Storage

b.Automotive & Transportation

c.Industrial segment

3.Fluent in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) are must

4.Good computing skill in Microsoft word and excel

5.Frequent travel is required

6.Higher Certification or above in Electronics or Electrical
